Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our well-established practice in Collegeville, IN.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 36 hours of patient contact
- Shared rotating call: 1:6
- Average outpatient volume: patients per day
