Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services in an outpatient setting in the greater Fairfield area. This is a full-time position with a weekday schedule.
Clinical Overview
- Manage and oversee new patient consults
- Continuity of care with current patient census
- Prescribe and diagnose disease states with multiple comorbidities
- Ability to thoroughly document and record visits through EMR systems
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and Physician Assistants (PA)
- Active or pending CT license
- Clean medical record
- Passion for treating patients first and overall improvement of quality care
