Outpatient Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Fairfield County, CT

Healthcare United is actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner ( FNP, ANP, AGNP ) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established primary care team in Fairfield County, Connecticut . This full-time outpatient role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients, with a focus on professional growth and excellent work-life balance.

Position Details :

Location : Greater Fairfield area, CT
Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only
Clinical Responsibilities :

Manage new patient consultations

Provide continuity of care for current patients

Diagnose and treat multiple comorbidities

Efficiently document patient visits using the EMR system

Requirements

Licensure : Active or pending Connecticut medical license

Qualifications :

Nurse Practitioners : FNP, ANP, AGNP

Physician Assistants : PA

Experience : Clean medical record and a passion for patient-first care
