We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Anesthesiologist with critical care experience to join our team in Southwest Georgia.
This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, a wide variety of cases, and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule: Work 26 weeks on/26 weeks off, typically 7 on/7 off, or per mutual agreement with the anesthesiology team.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team of Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs, with 2 anesthesiologists per shift.
- Critical care call coverage and serve as backup for anesthesiologists during your scheduled week on.
- Hospital Facilities: Access to 7 OR suites, 2 endoscopy suites, a 24/7 physicians' lounge with meals provided, and a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation rooms and a conference center.
Requirements
- Completion of an anesthesiology residency and critical care fellowship (or upcoming completion).
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Anesthesiology (certification required within 4 years if eligible).
- Active Georgia Medical License or eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in team-based care.
