Assumes the role of leader to direct, plan and manage the department and staff to assure quality services are delivered on a 24 hour basis. Requirements : BSN, BLS, ACLS, current FL license, previous management experience, previous clincial experience, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, ability to oersee financial and budgetary planning.
