Key responsibilities include :
Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed
Transferring residents to and from activities and meals
Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans
Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence We seek the following qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
1 year of caregiving / nursing experience
WA CNA Certification or previous documented experience in Assisted Living preferred
Compassionate and caring
Must enjoy working with the senior population
Flexibility with schedule
