We’re seeking a data-driven growth marketer who thrives in full-funnel demand generation and is obsessed with scaling pipeline through strategic, measurable campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, has built and executed multi-channel demand gen programs, and knows how to leverage content, digital, and paid channels to drive conversion.
The Demand Generation Manager is a key cross-functional player, leading and executing acquisition and nurture initiatives. You should feel comfortable driving projects that range from paid media and SEO to email, ABM, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll help lead innovative thinking for how to attract, engage, and convert high-intent audiences, ensuring we’re fueling pipeline and maximizing revenue impact.

What You'll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute demand generation programs that drive measurable business impact.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, ABM, and website optimization.
- Own the demand generation funnel—tracking, analyzing, and optimizing performance from lead to revenue.
- Continuously experiment and iterate on strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and pipeline acceleration.
About You
- 5 years of experience building and executing demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
