The Job
Utilize strong technical capabilities in Oracle Fusion Cloud and accounting / finance background to provide implementation support, analysis, solutions and reporting. Activities include analysis of business requirements, process mapping, design documentation, end-user support, and configuration management related to Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. This position will be part of the Finance department, working closely with the Information Technology department.
You Will
- Participates in Oracle projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.
- Reviews and maps Oracle business processes. This includes regular review and maintenance to required process flows.
- Reviews business processes and advises management and end users on system services available within the Oracle application.
- Supports end users with day-to-day assistance and issue resolution.
- Guides both IT and the business community through patches and new releases, including implementation of any new business applications the organization should adopt.
- Identifies and communicates any system gaps / findings to management.
- Configuration management and support. Responsible for project management of all required configuration. Working with the respective Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for each area to properly configure all business processes.
- Functional design of new solutions involving reporting, integrations, and new functionality.
- Liaison between the business, IT and Oracle including responsibility for logging Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and issue resolution of all functional and technical defects / changes.
- All other duties as assigned.

Salary : $92,400 - $147,800
