Title : Primary Care Physician
Location : North Carolina (Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Raleigh, Durham, Fayetteville, Gate City)
Role : Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality care over service volume.
- Schedule : Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Responsibilities : Patient assessment, primary care administration, medication management, EMR maintenance, collaboration with leadership, and team management.
- Qualifications : M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, active state and DEA licenses.
- Preferred : Geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatric populations, value-based care, and bilingual skills.
