Responsibilities
• Accurately post payments and reconcile patient accounts• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely revenue processing• Maintain organized records of financial transactions
Qualifications
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Eagerness to learn new processes and adapt to evolving industry standards• Basic proficiency in accounting or medical billing systems preferred• Working knowledge of adjustment and denial reason codes from paper Explanation of Benefits ( EOB’s) / Explanation of Payments (EOP’s), preferred
