As a Nurse Practitioner treating patients with substance use disorders, you will work with a team of physicians, APPs and nurses and collaborate frequently with therapists to provide medical and addiction treatment to a diverse population. At Rochester Regional, you will have a wide range of practice opportunities at multiple locations. We are able to accommodate non-traditional work schedules – including 4-day work weeks – which can maximize work / life balance. Our team meets weekly and supports each other daily. LOCATION : Greece (primary) with remote flexibility at other locations (Hope Haven-Batavia, Clifton Springs)

RESPONSIBILITIES / ATTRIBUTES
- At least one (1) year of experience required in chemical dependency, primary care, or hospital medicine
- Strong interpersonal and communication
- Compassionate, warm and patient focused
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional documentation skills and professional behavior
OFFERINGS
PAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
