Patient Flow Coordinator Position Summary
The inventory, distribution / delivery of medications is required for all Patient Care area Positions. Responsible for the overall movement of patients through the organization in a safe and efficient manner. Improve the communication and coordination between patient care units, departments, clinical teams and external organizations / providers.
Patient Flow Coordinator Position Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Baccalaureate Degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensed and current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or compact licensure state.
