Job Details
Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
First Time Travelers Accepted.
Must have level 3 trauma experience.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK CHARGE.
Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
Job Requirements
IN LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT.
Minimum Experience Required : 1.5 Years.
Skillset Requirements : General Emergency Department-Combined Adult / Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP / BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions.
Schedule Information
Shift Requirements : 4x12.
Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital / s nearby as needed.
Unit Specific Information
Unit Information : Level III trauma center with 48 beds that can flex up to 62 beds total.
Additional Details
Valid Driver’s License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
HIPAA Acknowledgement required.
Online Verification of License to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions (within 30 days before start date). Must be through primary source.
