Job Description

HealthFirst Staffing is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities on both travel and local contracts.

  • Local Candidates Accepted – No mileage restriction for local contracts.
  • Travel Requirement – Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel contracts.
  • A vailable Shifts – Days, Evenings, Nights, and Rotating Weekends.

Requirements

  • License : Must hold a valid New York LPN License.
  • Experience : Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
  • Certifications : Must hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • References : Must provide references for recent Charge Nurse or Manager positions.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly PointClickCare.
  • Deliver compassionate and skilled care to patients with MS (Multiple Sclerosis), Orthopedic conditions, Dementia, and Memory Care needs in a 40-bed unit.
