The Night Shift Supervisor position at NSS involves overseeing staffing, addressing patient and family concerns, managing employee issues, and responding to code calls in a hospital setting. This role also includes administering medications and placing IVs when necessary, as well as handling supervisor responsibilities outside of regular leadership hours. Candidates must be willing to work off-shift hours, every other weekend, and every other holiday, with potential floating and shift cancellations. Local RN candidates within 75 miles are not eligible.
