Join Our Team as a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant at HealthFitness!
Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Attendant to join our dynamic team at our corporate client site in Alexandria, VA.
Hours of work:
Sun and Sat 2:30pm to 8:00pm.
Mon, Tue and Fri 6:00pm to 11:00pm.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and Assist Members: Be the first point of contact, greeting and checking in members with a smile.
- Provide Information: Share details about our programs, services, and memberships.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure every member has a positive experience.
- Other duties as needed/required.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
