Massage Therapist - Bentonville, AR
Part-time, 6-15 hours per week
Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Massage Therapist to join the team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional table and/or chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.
Looking for a therapist that can work any of these shifts:
Weekday afternoons 1pm-8pm; Saturdays 8am-5pm; Sundays 10am-4pm

Key Accountabilities
- Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
- General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
- Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site table and/or chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down).
- Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
- Massage Therapy License for the state of Arkansas required.
- Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- 2 years of massage therapy experience required.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Experience in a wide range of techniques strongly preferred.
- Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
