HealthFitness is looking for a Whole Health Coordinator to join our team at the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. The Whole Health Coordinator is responsible for working with and leading members throughout the facility in a purpose driven process to facilitate and empower the member to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. Helps to support the onsite leadership team and whole health programming, responsible for supporting members to better their health and well-being through a multitude of programming options and resources. Works extensively with schedules, program coordination, and whole health classes and will serve as leadership presence in the whole health department in absence of the Director.

Key Accountabilities:
- Helps coordinate all programming within the Whole Health to maximize participation, outcomes, and customer satisfaction in addition to supervision of programs, services, and staff. Ensures staff is properly trained and certified. Assists with the scheduling (including configuration of Club Automation), engagement, delivery of all Whole Health programming and training of those delivering Whole Health programming. Integrates effectively and seamlessly with Facility partners, community, and client resources to maximize program exposure. Programming includes a variety of possibilities including but not limited to the following: recovery (massage, Whole Health, maternal health, family experiences, etc.)
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with HealthFitness policies. Hires, trains, and supervises Rest & Recharge Desk Attendant as well as multiple part-time massage therapists, Pilates instructors and whole health coaches.
- Works with the Whole Health Director regarding the implementation of whole health programs and special events; supports the coordination of whole health marketing and communications to maximize program engagement.
- Interacts directly with client employees and family members; facilitates individual and group behavior change programs including health improvement programs and meeting presentations.
- Gathers program outcomes data and measures results; evaluates and reports on program effectiveness in meeting objectives and makes recommendations for future program enhancements or modifications. Collects and evaluates appropriate program data to support the Whole Health strategy; manages and reports data for their respective areas.
- Supports the Whole Health Director with scheduling of whole health programming, event planning and coordination of resources (e.g., supply management, facilitation, and indoor/outdoor areas, dates/times, teambuilding event schedule) for applicable programming; supports the tracking of whole health participation, program use data and outcome reporting.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Recreation, or related discipline required.
- Current OSHA compliant Adult and Child CPR/AED/FA certifications from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institut.
- 2 years of experience in Whole Health.
- Some experience in leading, coordinating and delivering effective programs including budgeting, marketing, and promotions.
- One or more years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion/education programs, or equivalent combination of education or related experience.
- Experience in the areas of health education, health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness as related to program delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others, including ability to effectively facilitate team and customer meetings.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work rotating weekends.
