Must-Have : Job Description :
- Prioritize start of care visits and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Ensure next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits.
- Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit.
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office personnel.
- Remain generally responsive during normal business hours.
- Require 40-hour work weeks, Monday-Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
- Undergo three full days of training, including one in-house and two in-field.
- Utilize Kinnser documentation system.
- Use provided iPad and communication equipment.
- Participate in productivity requirements of achieving 30 points per week, with points reflected through various visit types.
- Caseloads and visit mixes per day will equal an average of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
