Position Summary: HealthFlex is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who strives to make a real impact for our community. By joining our team you will be providing skilled services to help patients and families cope with the End of Life process.
Role: We are seeking weekend coverage for routine visits
Schedule: This is shift work, you will not be on-call. Typical shift hours are from 9am-5pm but the hours can be a little flexible
Commitment: At least 3 days per month
Territory Coverage: Counties include Solano, Alameda and Contra Costa

Requirements
- Current and unrestricted CA LVN license
- 1 years of Hospice experience required
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Driver's License
