HealthForce Partners is seeking an enthusiastic, professional “go-getter” to join our Call Center team of Operations Coordinators in Bothell, Washington.
This exciting position is responsible for coordinating immediate medical support between Physician HealthLine physicians and customers, via phone, faxes, and e-mail. Provide assistance to physicians during emergency and non-emergency medical consultations while documenting needs and requests into database. Duties include providing case services, such as medical referrals, obtaining medical records, and/or logistical support and coordination, under the supervision of a physician.
Other duties may include collaboration with our leadership and customer service teams in managing new and existing customer relationships, including account set up, maintenance and billing, and may also include periodic participation in on-site delivery of healthcare services with a team at specific customer locations in the Seattle area.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills and exceptional phone demeanor. Must be able to multi-task successfully in a busy environment, have intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Access and Word. Must also have medical background or medical (911) call center experience, and have demonstrated judgement and decision making skills.
Flexibility is essential since members of this service team support one another during absences. Candidates must also be available to work holiday shifts when necessary, and have a clean driving record.
