The Project Manager role consists of implementations that will include internal and external projects at HealthFund Solutions (HFS).
HFS is a health insurance premium management company and has partnered with various hospital entities to implement Sponsorship & Eligibility services and assist in marketplace enrollments for eligible patients. The Project Manager will assist in deployment of newly contracted hospital implementations, process improvement activities with existing contracted hospitals, and internal projects related to process improvement and development.
For hospital implementations, after a contract is signed, the Project Manager will lead the internal and external members of the project team from start-up to seamless operation. The Project Manager will be acting as a liaison and representative of HFS with the entity. The Project Manager will work and interact with entity leadership in many capacities such as learning the requirements for staff onboarding and attending facility leadership meetings. Will be required to give presentations and communication to HealthFund Solutions Leadership team is vital. This position will coordinate implementation at each of the hospital’s contracted facilities and develop Standard Operating Procedures for the deployed program.
During program implementation, the Project Manager will assist and coordinate with Human Resources for matters related to hiring, staff onboarding, access (computer and badge) and systems training, in accordance with entity requirements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are being meet by HFS. Assist or arrange all operational training needed for new Managers.
For internal project implementations, the Project Manager will lead the execution of strategic projects focused around organizational development through process development and improvement. With strong communication and presentation skills, the Project Manager with facilitate collaboration among various key stakeholders, including Operations, IT, HR, etc. The Project Manager will ensure thorough supervision of project task completion and proper utilization of resources, to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Must be highly proficient in risk management with strong skills in problem solving and mitigation management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Accepts assignments of the start-up of facilities located in various locations in Florida and across the United States
· Be able to outline and develop the start of a new facility with clarity and fluidity
· Perform as a liaison between the facility and HealthFund Solutions
· Adhere to all contract requirements
· Exceed all deadlines and budget requirements
· Be able to write Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely
· Make staff introductions to facility case management
· Act with a sense of urgency with employee access to facilities
· Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules
· Manage and effective communicate with various stakeholder types, both internally and externally
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must have a bachelor’s degree
· Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or CAPM preferred
· Ability to think critically, be proactive and be a self-starter
· Excellent communicator to Leadership
· EPIC Background
· Be fluid in all job functions and can change as needed
· Follow-up and follow through on each portion of the project is essential
· Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time
· Needs to have excellent computer skills with Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook, Visio)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
