About the Role

Healthie is seeking a hands-on Customer Implementation Manager (CIM) to join our Enterprise team and manage relationships with our largest enterprise customers in the digital healthcare space. This customer-facing role is critical to driving adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

As the primary point of contact during implementation, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee account health, support customers in meeting target go-live dates, provide tailored product guidance, conduct/oversee a transition plan, and proactively address risks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Support to address challenges, deliver solutions, and continuously enhance the customer journey.

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, this position is ideal for someone with expertise in healthcare workflows, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Details

• This is a full-time, hybrid position, located in our NYC HQ.
• U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship
• The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 per year.

About You

• You have 4 years of experience in implementation/project management, customer success, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and achieving renewal and growth targets.
• You bring 2 years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment, with familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
• You excel at building strong relationships, leading with influence, and fostering collaboration with customers and colleagues.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
• You thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments with a bias toward execution and delivering results.
• You are passionate about healthcare and committed to improving patient outcomes and experiences.
