Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Veterinary Receptionist who can seamlessly blend customer service with sales expertise. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, guiding clients through our services and helping them make informed decisions for their pets’ health and happiness. Additionally, you will take an active role in teaching and mentoring your colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice is required, but a passion for animals and people is essential!
- Full availability from Tuesday to Saturday
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- A compassionate heart and a genuine love for animals.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
- Basic animal handeling and restraining knowledge.
Responsibilities:

- Sales Savvy: Proactively promote our services, products, and wellness plans over the phone, turning inquiries into appointments.
- Communication Pro: Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing clear and informative responses while identifying opportunities to upsell services.
- Appointment Management: Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the clinic’s calendar to optimize patient flow.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate patient records, ensuring all information is updated and accessible.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments and billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
