- Certification: Epic Beaker certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with a focus on Beaker, including significant experience in Clinical Pathology (CP) build and testing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools specific to Epic Beaker and laboratory workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Beaker integration with Data Innovations.
- Familiarity with microbiology workflows and requirements within the Beaker application.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and best practices for data security and privacy.
