A Visage Trainer and Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform and related applications. This role ensures that radiologists, clinicians, and IT teams can effectively use Visage imaging solutions, optimizing workflows and maintaining system reliability in healthcare environments.

- Develop and deliver training programs for radiologists, clinicians, and healthcare IT staff on Visage 7 functionality and best practices.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for new users and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation to support ongoing education.
- Assess user proficiency and provide personalized coaching to improve system adoption and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Visage 7 support, assisting users with system navigation, image viewing, and reporting workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to DICOM image transfers, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), and system performance.
- Work closely with IT teams to address HL7, FHIR, and EMR integration challenges.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with radiologists and administrators to optimize imaging workflows, improving efficiency and usability.
- Assist in configuring Visage Ease (mobile imaging application) for remote access.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or best practices for enhanced imaging operations.
- Ensure user training includes HIPAA and FDA compliance guidelines related to medical imaging and data security.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and system maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Support cybersecurity teams in addressing user access controls and security vulnerabilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Radiology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in PACS administration, healthcare IT support, or radiology informatics.
- Previous experience in training or technical instruction is a plus.
- Proficiency in Visage 7, PACS, DICOM, HL7, and FHIR standards.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, SQL databases, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, AWS, or Azure).
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
