Location : Onsite Office in Fraser, MI 48026.
The Contracts Data Management Specialist will be responsible for providing data management and analytics support to the Contracts team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Customer facing conversations to solidify and expand Healthmark relationships within the GPO / IDN.
- Customer Master Data management Address management to prevent addresses not being marked inactive, inconsistent address information, and duplicate customers. Utilize the Site ID tool to fix duplicate and inaccurate Site IDs as identified and follow USPS address logic. Responsible for regular audits (which do not currently happen).
- System Admin role for Cobblestone
- Manage data in CAPS and other systems.
- Customer GPO and IDN Affiliation Updates / Audits
- Auditing contract data in all systems for consistency
- Ensure compliance with DMS agreements and other committed agreements.
- Work with IT to manage and audit fee reporting.
- Provides necessary data and analytics for the agreement process.
- Assist in the development of Customer / Organization Business Reviews as required.
- Keep Salesforce CRM up to date on the contact names, numbers, and email addresses for Healthmark’s contacts with the individual GPO’s and IDN’s.
- Special projects as assigned.
