Job Summary:
HealthMe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and contribute to our continued rapid growth. This critical teammate will assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, providing valuable support to the marketing team across a range of activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup within the healthcare sector backed by well-known investors.
Responsibilities:
- Content Support: Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts, blog content, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Email Marketing: Support the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
- Website Updates: Assist with basic website updates, including content changes and image uploads (training provided as needed).
- Campaign Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns and events.
- Sales Enablement: Facilitate development of materials aligned with campaigns for use by sales team
- Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with tracking marketing campaign performance, collecting data, and generating basic reports.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the EPD team and other departments to ensure effective messaging and communication around new feature releases, updates, and launches. Ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
- Other duties as assigned: As a growing startup, flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks are essential.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., social media scheduling platforms, email marketing software) is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Hours:
- Type: Part-Time/Hourly
- Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
- Compensation: $20-$40 USD per hour
