Home Health Aide (HHA) - Immediate Opening!

Location : New York

Schedule : Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat | 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Type : Floating Role

Are you a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are hiring HHAs to provide quality home care to multiple participants based on their care plans.

Requirements :

  • Must have a valid Home Health Aide certification
  • Must have worked in an HHA role within the past 2 years
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Responsibilities :

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
  • Monitor and report any changes in health status
  • Support daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Follow care plans and work under nursing supervision
