About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and guiding them through their healthcare journeys. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing member satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships through compassionate, efficient, and accurate communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Guide members through program details, sign-up processes, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions in our customer management system.
- Assist with appointment coordination and follow-up to ensure member satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns with patience and empathy, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer care, call center, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to problem-solve efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
- A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred.
