Position: Medical Assistant - Behavioral Health
Location: Phoenix, AZ (some travel around Phoenix/West Valley areas)
Schedule: Full-Time
Work Environment: Residential Treatment Center
Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour

- Assist physicians, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals in delivering care in a residential treatment center setting
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical standards are met
- Take and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient health information
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
- Provide patient education on behavioral health condition management
- Maintain secure and accurate patient records
- Assist with patient transfers and positioning when necessary
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
- Act as a liaison between patients and care providers
- Monitor medical supply inventory and place necessary orders
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs
