Position: Therapist / Counselor / Social Worker (Behavioral Health)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Between Glendale 2-3 days and Phoenix 2 days)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Bonus: Yes ($1,000 - $4,000 per quarter)

- Assess and evaluate patients’ behavioral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, and families based on their needs
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, mental health specialists, and community resources to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client services in accordance with policies and regulations
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions and coping strategies to promote mental health and well-being
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for treatment planning and continuous patient care
- Provide crisis intervention services and referrals for patients in acute distress or requiring hospitalization
- Engage in case management by coordinating access to social resources for patients and families
- Educate clients and the community about mental health topics, coping mechanisms, and available support services
- Stay up to date with best practices in therapy, counseling, and behavioral health care
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
- Education: Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Licensure: Active license (or ability to obtain reciprocity within 90 days of hire) from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) in one of the following:
- LAMFT / LMFT (Licensed Associate/Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LMSW / LCSW (Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker)
- LAC / LPC (Licensed Associate/Professional Counselor)
- Note: LASAC or LISAC candidates must hold an additional qualifying AZBBHE license
- Experience: Providing therapy and counseling services to diverse populations, including Spanish-speaking clients
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of cultural competence in behavioral health services
- Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and Family Systems Therapy
- Ability to handle crisis intervention and support high-risk clients
