Salary / Hourly Rate: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

The Women’s Health Therapist provides specialized therapeutic support to women experiencing a variety of emotional, psychological, and health-related concerns. From anxiety and depression to pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, this role emphasizes holistic, client-centered care in a safe and respectful environment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify physical or mental health concerns specific to women
• Create a personalized and effective therapeutic treatment plan
• Provide psychoeducation on women’s health and wellness
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Coordinate with other medical professionals to provide a holistic approach to women’s health
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in women’s health issues and treatment methods
• Ensure confidential and professional management of patient records
• Facilitate workshops or seminars to educate about women’s health issues
• Develop strategies that promote overall mental and physical wellness among women
• Provide the necessary emotional support and counseling during challenging times, such as pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Active and valid Arizona state license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including work with individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges
• Proficiency in brief therapy techniques (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation) and evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, Interpersonal Therapy)
