TRIA is looking to hire an ATC, EMT, LPN, or MA to join our orthopedic urgent care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care is seeking a LPN/MA/EMT/ATC to work in our fast paced environment. Patients range from children to elderly patients with a wide range of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care is open 7 days per week 8-8 and closed all major holidays. The position will work 12 hour shifts with a weekend rotation. 1 year orthopedic experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
Utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, aids providers in accordance with PNHS standard and policies.
Work Schedule:
12 hour shifts from 8a-8p with a weekend rotation
Required Qualifications:
We are open to filling this position with an LPN, MA, ATC or EMT. Requirements for each are outlined below:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing. One or more years of nursing experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine). Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). One or more years of experience desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine). Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current MN EMT License. Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.
Athletic Trainer (ATC): Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required. Current license with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice required. NATA member in good standing. Must have a valid NPI number.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years of experience desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
