Job Description
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Facility Compliance Analyst – to join our – team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provides analysis of facility-related operations and maintenance information and tracking of compliance matters. The position reports to the Director of Engineering & Maintenance, but provides analysis, reports and compliance tracking for management within Engineering & Maintenance and Real Estate & Support Services. There are no direct reports to this position. This position will work in close coordination with administrative support staff. The Engineering and Maintenance office is the hub of the department for construction, operation and maintenance of PNHS plant, buildings and grounds. Biomedical engineering reports to Engineering & Maintenance, therefore, all medical equipment workflow is also channeled through this department.
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, days, Monday - Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent medical office management training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with a variety of people.
Experience with a variety of computer software systems. Advanced knowledge of excel.
