Job Description
HealthPartners is looking for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team at our Apple Valley Clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.
As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

Sunday: OFF
Monday: 8:00 – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00 - 4:00pm
Wed 8:00 – 5:00pm
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 8:00 – 5:00pm
Saturday: OFF
