Job Description

HealthPartners is looking for either a PA-C or CNP to join our Nephrology team. HealthPartners Medical Group is a large multi-specialty group providing outpatient, inpatient and dialysis care management for a diverse population. This full-time APC position will be primarily focused on care of inpatient nephrology patients at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as outpatient dialysis patients at dialysis clinics in the Twin Cities Metro. Professional training to serve dialysis patients will be provided.
