Job Description
Regions Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Sleep Health Center.
This role is responsible for the daily and nightly operation of the sleep labs at Health Partners and Park Nicollet, in partnership with the department manager and Sleep Lab Medical Director. The Supervisor leads evaluation of patient care / outcomes, staff resources, productivity, improvement projects and interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care.
- Leads and directs the day-to-day operations of the Sleep Health Program across all sleep lab locations.
- Assist in maintaining an environment of care that assures the highest levels of patient experience, quality and safety.
- Accepts Accountability for the stewardship of resources.
- Coordinates and provides orientation, in-services and general development for team members.

Work schedule : FTE : 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly) Day Shift
Required Qualifications :
Education : Associate's degree with Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential.
Experience : Three (3) years of experience in the Sleep Health field.
Licensure / Certification : Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience : Some leadership experience.
