Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Services Supervisor to join our team in our Supply Chain Services Department! The position will be responsible for the following job duties/responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations and workflow to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently
- Provide daily supervision, orientation, and training to department employees
- Develop positive working relationships with leaders of intra-departments
- Create appropriate performance measures, quality tracking, and customer satisfaction programs
- Ensure a safe and customer focus environment for patients, staff and visitors
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Two (2) years of inventory management experience
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Technology literate
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Shift Scheduled Between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; Occasional Weekend Shifts.
Salary Rate: $64,000-$76,000/year
