Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate dentist to join our dental practice. Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.Administer local anesthesia and sedatives as required.Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices.Record Keeping :Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.
Review and update patient medical histories and treatment outcomes.Collaboration :Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Consult with specialists as needed for complex cases or referrals.Practice Management :Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance processing as needed.Qualifications :
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.Valid state dental license and certification in CPR.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Preferred Skills :
Experience with advanced dental procedures and technologies.Familiarity with dental practice management software.Bilingual skills (optional, depending on the patient population).Work Environment :
