•Long Term Care Medical Director needed in Decatur, IN

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care Medical Director to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur, IN (just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne).

Responsibilities :

• Serve as Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area.
• Act as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits.
• Manage a variable schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
• Handle about 10 Patients Per Day (PPD).
