In this role, you will lead a team of 5 geriatric-focused nurse practitioners, collaborating to deliver exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Post Acute Care, ideally around 10 years, and be Board Certified or have plans to become so. Strong leadership abilities, along with the ability to work without any restrictions in the US, are essential.
