- Locations : Carol Stream, Norridge, River Forest, Melrose Park and also in our downtown clinics, West Loop / River North, Wicker Park and Roscoe Village.
- Position : Nurse Practitioner
- Start : 30 Days
- Schedule : 3 shifts per week; Rotating weekends, some holidays
- Salary : $120,000
- Benefits : Full benefits
- Procedures : Typical Urgent Care duties
- EMR : Docutap
- Must be okay with floating to other clinics in the same
