Now hiring for 4-day work week. You work 36 hours, but we will pay you for 40 hours.
CRISIS SPECIALIST
Crisis Specialist Position Summary:
The Crisis Specialist is responsible for coordinating follow-ups with clients referring to treatment and developing a network of community crisis support. This is a full-time position awake position. The weekly work schedule consists of 3-4 overnight shifts including a Saturday or Sunday. Also hiring part-time no health benefits $20.00 an hour!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
- Carry out the Crisis Stabilization Plan developed by the treatment team.
- Carry out triage on emergency mental health calls for agency on call system.
- Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely fashion.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Full valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
- Formal training or significant experience in crisis interventions.
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating techniques.
