Outpatient - Clinic base setting

Pay ranges 100-125 annually, DOE

Responsibilities :

Ensures accuracy, security, and availability of information.

Observes each patients behavioral conditions throughout the testing processes.

Provides observation summaries for each patient. Scores evaluations in a standardized manner.

Performs inventory checks on forms and tools needed prior to conducting tests.

Debriefs patients / families regarding test results.

This role requires maintenance of records in an ethically appropriate and timely manner using

practice software.

You should always ensure you are representing the practice in a professional fashion and

maintaining confidentiality appropriately.

Individuals with experience as part of a multi-disciplinary practice team are preferred, along

with interest in growing in hours and responsibilities as caseload grows.

Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent / emergent situations per

Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms and requests needed supplies.

Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.

Complies with all company policies and procedures.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers and other

professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.

Keeps regular clinic hours as approved by Manager.

Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator.

Attends meetings as requested and performs other duties as assigned.

INDCLIN

Qualifications :

Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD) required

Current State Psychologist license

Current CPR certification

Efficient problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills and time management skills

Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities

Collaborative nature
