Our client, a well-established medical practice in Monroe, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in family medicine, primarily adult medicine . This role requires a provider who can work efficiently in a busy clinical setting while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions .
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation.
- Handle a high patient volume (30 patients per day) while maintaining excellent care standards.
Schedule:
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York.
- Experience in family medicine with a strong focus on adult medicine.
- Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently (30 patients per day).
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
