This role requires a provider who can work efficiently in a busy clinical setting while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions .
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation.
