Practice Manager – Multi-Specialty Clinic

Compensation: $75,000 per year

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing multi-specialty Article 28 clinic in Astoria, Queens, seeking an experienced and hands-on Practice Manager to lead operations and enhance the patient experience. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse and dynamic clinic while also playing a key role in community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple specialties in an Article 28 setting

• Ensure patient flow is efficient and providers are fully supported throughout the day

• Maintain strict compliance with Article 28 regulations and clinic protocols

• Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and service quality

• Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff

• Act as a community liaison and build relationships with local partners and referral sources

• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Practice Manager or healthcare operations leader in a multi-specialty or Article 28 facility

• Strong knowledge of patient flow optimization and regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated ability to lead staff, foster a collaborative work culture, and resolve operational challenges

• Passionate about delivering a high-quality patient experience

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the Astoria community or surrounding area is a plus
