Job description
General Accountability
- Run insurance benefits and eligibility
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Collect on past due balances
- Record patient medical history, vital statistics, and other lab test results
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Assist physicians in clinic with Rx prior-authorizations, & Rx refill requests

Job Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 years; combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience.
- Certifications and Licenses: Medical Office Professional, (NCMA/CPR) preferred.
