What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exercise Specialist – Ferndale, Michigan position at HealthQuest Physical Therapy?
Exercise Specialists assist Physical Therapists/Physical Therapist Assistants with patient care.

Duties
- Supports the Clinical Staff
- Implementation and supervision of prescribed therapeutic programs
- Patient Care Coordination
- Cleans/Maintains the facility and equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred but not necessary. No experience is necessary. Must be at least 17 years old.
- The ideal candidate has an interest in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy or other medical or exercise fields
- Displays excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Exercise Specialist certification required within 90 days of employment. (Course provided by HealthQuest)
