HealthSmart Pro is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a per-diem basis. As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining their dignity.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of patients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas.
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
